Canon has released the Canon EOS 5D Mark II firmware 2.0.3 upgrade.
Some of the upgrade functionalities are
- 24 frames per second video
- 30p video frame rate changed to 29.97 to comply with TV production standards
- Audio capacity is enhanced – manual audio level control – increased audio sampling freqeuncy to 48KHz from 44.1KHz.
- New Histogram display when shooting movies manually
- Shutter priority and Aperture Priority mode offer flexible options for controlling exposure
- Improved camera and lens communication when manual sensor cleaning is in operation
